Google Drive Data — eGlitz Master BG Library
Access: An authorised eGlitz administrator may connect a dedicated eGlitz Google account. The application uses the limited Google Drive drive.file permission to create, verify, organise and retrieve reusable advertising-background files managed by eGlitz Master BG Library.
Use and storage: Background image files are stored in a private Google Drive master folder for eGlitz poster-generation services. The eGlitz platform retains internal file identifiers and operational metadata needed to find and manage those files.
Sharing: Google user data and OAuth credentials are not sold, used for advertising or disclosed to tenants. Tenants do not authenticate to Google Drive and do not receive private Drive links, file IDs or credentials.
Control: The connected Google account owner may revoke the application's access through their Google Account permissions. Revocation disables further Drive operations until an eGlitz administrator authorises the connection again.
