Data Deletion Instructions

If you have connected your Facebook Page or Instagram Professional Account with eGlitz Sales AI, you may request deletion of the information received and stored through that connection. eGlitz respects your privacy and provides the following process for requesting deletion of applicable Facebook and Instagram integration data.

What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on how you used Sales AI, an applicable deletion request may cover:

  • Facebook or Instagram account identifiers stored by Sales AI.
  • Connected Facebook Page identifiers.
  • Connected Instagram Professional Account identifiers.
  • Access tokens or connection credentials stored for the integration.
  • Connection configuration and webhook-related association data.
  • Facebook or Instagram conversation and comment-related data stored by Sales AI, where applicable.
  • Other Meta-related integration data associated with the requesting Sales AI account.

This process applies only to information controlled and stored by eGlitz or Sales AI. It does not cover information stored independently by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram and outside eGlitz's control.

First, Disconnect the Integration

If you can still access your Sales AI account, open Connections and disconnect Facebook and/or Instagram.

Disconnecting stops future access through that connection. A separate deletion request may still be required to remove application data previously stored by Sales AI.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram in Sales AI's Connections section, if you still have access to your account.
  2. Email info@eglitz.in with the subject Sales AI Meta Data Deletion Request.
  3. Include enough information for us to identify the correct Sales AI account and Meta connection:
  • Your name.
  • Your Sales AI account or business name.
  • The registered email address for your Sales AI account.
  • Your Facebook Page or Instagram account name, if applicable.
  • A short statement requesting deletion of your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram integration data.

For your security: Do not send passwords, access tokens, one-time passwords (OTPs), recovery codes, or other sensitive login credentials.

How We Process Your Request

eGlitz will verify the request to protect the account and prevent unauthorised deletion. After verification, we will delete applicable stored integration data within a reasonable period.

Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or regulatory requirements. Any retained information remains subject to applicable privacy and security obligations.

Data Controlled by Meta

Deleting information from eGlitz or Sales AI does not automatically delete information stored independently by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

For data controlled directly by Meta, you may also need to use the account, privacy, or deletion tools provided by Facebook or Instagram.
